 An association, governed by the French law of July 1, 1901 and the French decree of August 16, 1901, is instituted between the undersigned and any individuals or legal entities adhering to the present statutes. The association takes the following denomination: "Association des Utilisateurs Francophones de PostgreSQL." ( ''TN : "Association of the French Speaking PostgreSQL Users"'' ).
